In accordance with Facebook Platform Policy and Google Play Store regulations, My Travel Resource provides the following mechanism for users to request the deletion of their data.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to remove your account and all associated data (including assets, logs, and IoT history) from our systems, you may do so via one of the following methods:
Method 1: Within the App (Automated)
- Open the MyTR Connect app.
- Navigate to Profile > Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the action. Your data will be scheduled for permanent deletion immediately.
Method 2: Email Request (Manual)
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
- Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request".
- We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Data Deletion Callback (Facebook)
If you remove the MyTR Connect app from your Facebook Apps settings, Facebook sends us a deletion request. You can check the status of your deletion request by entering your confirmation code below (if provided upon removal):
